Unfortunately we lately had to make the experience that due to changes within the supplier structures, grown competences for quality materials have been on risk worldwide to get lost.

To secure our high quality demand with all of these materials is a challenge for our company. 

No „keen human eyes“ can recognize damages on hairs. Therefore we use a digital microscope, which helps us with thousandfold magnification to discover eventual damages on incoming materials. 

The comparison above shows healthy badger hairs as well as sections of hairs damaged in growth or by environmental influence.
