da Vinci DRY BRUSH
Miniature painters use the so-called „drybrush-technique“ to mimic rust, dirt and to create weathering effects. Also the grain of wood or the look of steel or fabric are accentuated.
In the world of miniature painting these effects are more and more popular. In cooperation with leading specialists from this growing market we introduce a choice of 4 different shapes: series 140 flat, sizes 6 and 8, series 143 round and series 145 in filbert shape.
These versions are made of white synthetic fibres, that imitate the natural goat hair, and have black mat esagonal handles. The advantage in comparison to traditional natural hair brushes is the more durable fibre, not breaking even after intensive use and assuring a long brush life.
Also available as a set, order No: 4179, which contains each one piece of series 140 in size 6, series 143 and 145.
