We are particularly proud of this production technique developed by ourselves in our company!

The da Vinci DUROPLUS technology is used in the production of so-called wide or mottler brushes.

We have implemented it in sizes 20 to 500 mm for all synthetic brush products and also for some natural hair brush variants. 

With a new gluing process and using specially shaped wooden handles, the „inner life“ of the brush is permanently stabilised. 

Brushes wider than 150 mm are often intensively used and the fact that painters leave the brush in water/solvents after use is a big challenge for the handle/brush head assembly. That is why additional rivets are incorporated here to ensure an even more resilient connection! 

To identify and highlight the brushes produced with this quality-improving technique, the sizes from 150 mm are marked with a „DUROPLUS“ sticker.
